When I set out to find myself a moderator I ended up with an over enthusiastic young miss who had an impressive resume and a great reputation. At first I was leery about handing powers to my group over to someone I really didn't quite know but I chose that trust would be my greatest asset here. I gave her the position of co-founder and over night she turned this group into how I had wanted it to be.
